An agent for your webshop
that answers the mail like you do.

Your shop runs all day; the mail waits until you sit down. This reads it, checks the order, and writes the reply, built for your business, on a machine that is yours.

The same four questions, every week.
The part an agent can do.

Most of what lands in a shop inbox is not difficult. It is the same handful of questions about a different order, and answering it well takes looking something up in three places first. That lookup is the part an agent can do.

Where is my order?Looked up on the actual order and answered from live tracking.
I want to return thisPolicy checked against what they bought and when, before anything is promised.
Is this right for me?Answered from what your product pages and your own past replies already say.
Something is wrong with itRecognised, and handed to you with the whole thread, this is the kind that should reach a person.

The mail comes in.
The answer is already written.

This is one thread in your own helpdesk. The customer wrote in German, so the draft came back in German, with the order looked up and the delivery window applied before you opened it.

  • The order is right there. Number, product, amount, customer since, pulled live from your shop.
  • You send, or you change it. A change is remembered, so that question does not come back to you twice.
  • Any language your customers write in. It answers in the language the mail arrived in, not in a translated version of English.
A thread in the DSNS helpdesk: a German customer email asking where order #3847 is,
the agent's German draft reply below it, and the Shopify order details on the right.

It learns your answers before it writes any.
No stranger writing to your customers.

An agent that starts empty writes like a stranger. So it does not start empty. Before it goes near a live inbox it reads your own past mail and drafts what it would have sent, next to what you actually replied at the time. You see both, side by side, per category.

That comparison is also the number you get: how often it already matches you. We count it the same way for ourselves, and below 85% in a category we do not offer that category yet. How that is measured →

How it gets going.
The intake, the call, the switch.

  1. The intake and the call. You write down what your shop does and what you would hand over; we look at the shop before we speak, and the call is about your business rather than a demo.
  2. Setup. Your own machine, your own accounts, your own data. Your policies, your shipping windows, your wording and your past mail go into one profile that belongs to you.
  3. It learns on your own mail first. For the first stretch every reply arrives as a draft: you approve it, or you correct it, and a correction changes how it answers from then on. That period is how it gets your voice right, not how it works forever.
  4. Then it earns the right to send. Per category, on a count you can see, and you are the one who switches it on. Anything it is unsure about keeps coming to you, and so does anything you named as yours.

It works where your shop already is.
Nothing moves anywhere.

Nothing moves anywhere. The agent reads and writes in the systems you already run, with access you issue from your own logins and can withdraw the same way.
