The things people ask
before they get in touch.

Short answers. The longer ones belong in the call, where we can look at your business while we talk.

What is DSNS?

An AI agent for your customer inbox. It learns how you answer — from the mail you already sent, not from a manual — and then answers your customer service itself: orders, returns, product questions, in any language your customers write in. It runs on a server that belongs to you, and the calls that genuinely need you still reach you.

That is the service. Beyond it, we build custom systems for whatever else eats your hours — that gets scoped on the call, not from a menu.

What does "you own it" actually mean?

Your own server, and your own data on it. Not a seat in a platform that we control and you rent. If we ever stopped, what is running would keep running, because it runs at your place and not at ours. The same holds if you leave: your mailbox, your history and the profile it built stay where they are. What stops is the maintenance — the monthly fee is upkeep, not rent.

How is this different from hiring someone?

A hire learns your business once and takes it with them when they leave. This learns it and keeps it. Every time you correct an answer, that correction becomes part of how it works from then on — and it stays yours.

Where does it start?

With your customer mail — that is the service, and for most shops it is also the biggest pile. The agent takes the repeating questions first: where is my order, returns, sizing, invoices. What is left in your inbox is the mail that actually needs an owner.

If something else costs you more hours — reporting, orders, stock — say so on the call. We build custom systems too, and we tell you honestly when something is not worth automating.

How soon can it be running?

The setup is days, not months: we connect your mailbox, the agent reads your sent mail, and it starts in a learning period — writing answers that you approve before they go out. How long that period lasts depends on your mail, not on a fixed schedule: when the answers match yours, it starts sending on its own. We map that out together on the call, so you know what you are agreeing to before anything is built.

Do I need to be technical?

No. We build it, connect it to the systems you already use, and keep it running afterwards. What stays with you is the judgement. In the beginning you approve what goes out, and every correction you make changes how it works — that is what turns it into something that answers the way you would.

What does it connect to?

Your mailbox first — Gmail or Outlook, that is where the work is. Around it, whatever your answers need: your shop system for order status, your carrier for tracking, your payment provider for invoices and refunds. We connect what your mail actually requires, and we tell you straight away if something in your stack does not fit yet — nothing is promised before we know it can be done.

Is my data safe?

It sits on a server of your own, not shared with another business, kept behind proper security. It stays yours. Nothing in it is sold, passed on, or used to train anything.

The long answer is a page of its own: what an agent is allowed to do, who else sees anything, and what we do not claim. How it is built →

What does it cost?

A fixed monthly price, on the site, no build fee: €199 up to 100 customer mails a month, €349 up to 250, €649 up to 600, €899 up to 1,200 — AI usage included, cheaper on an annual plan. Bigger, or custom work on top? That gets its own figure on the call.

Can I see it work before I commit?

Yes, and on your own business instead of a demo. Ahead of the call we ask you for a bit of material to work from — nothing gets connected and we need no access to your systems. We come back to the call with a worked example: what an agent would do in your business, built on what you actually sent us.

How do you measure whether it actually works?

By putting its answer next to the one you already sent. Before anything goes live we run the agent over your own past mail, category by category, and count how often its draft matches what you wrote yourself at the time. That count is the number you get, and it is the same number we use ourselves: below 85% in a category, we do not offer that category yet — that is work on our side, not a service to sell you.

What that number does not tell you: it is measured on your own history and on one shop. It says the agent knows the right answer. Whether the customer was happy with that answer is a different question and this does not settle it. You get the comparisons themselves, so you can check the count yourself.

What would you not automate?

Anything where being wrong costs more than being slow. A complaint about real damage, a customer who is upset, a legal or medical question, a refund above the limit you set — those go to you with the whole thread attached, and they keep doing that after the agent sends on its own. It also hands over whenever it is unsure, and any subject you name as yours stays yours permanently.

And one that is less obvious: work that is not written down anywhere yet. If the answer depends on what you happen to decide that day, there is nothing for an agent to learn from. Writing it down is then the first step of the build — it is part of the job, and most of it comes straight out of the mail you have already sent.

Who is this not for?

Anyone who wants to try something tonight. This gets built for your business — your profile, your history, your own machine — so it starts with a call and a setup period. If what you want is a chat widget you can switch on this evening, there are good products for that and we will say so.

It also fits badly if nobody on your side can take the calls the agent hands back. What it needs from you is judgement, not time.

Who am I dealing with?

Seth. He reads every intake himself, runs the call, and builds what comes out of it. There is no account manager between you and the person doing the work.

How do I get started?

Book an audit call. Five short questions — under a minute — and you pick a time straight from the calendar. Seth looks at your shop before the call.
